With so many options for how to present yourself these days, it’s easy to fall into the common trap of relying on what everybody else does. Only a handful of years ago, every business required printed letterhead, envelopes, and business cards before they could open their doors properly. Today these things are rarely a necessity. They’ve been supplanted by social media, texts, and emails. Replaced by new methods of communication.

But the core concept of branding remains the same. Your brand is what you do. It’s who you are. It doesn’t shut its doors a 5pm, even if you lock up and go home for the night. It stays up through the long hours of the night advertising for you. Regardless of how your message gets out to the world, your brand remains the base upon which your business stands.
